BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Howard Talmud '77 Head Men's Tennis Coach Craig Schwartz has announced the addition of Benedict Horn-Bourque to the Mountain Hawks' roster for the 2023-24 campaign. Horn-Bourque is a native of Montreal, Quebec who prepped at Mouratoglou International School in France.

"I am really excited to have Benedict join our program and tennis family," Schwartz said. "He has all the necessary tools to be a major impact player from the start.  Most importantly, he is a very well-rounded student-athlete that will have great success in the classroom and community.  I can't wait to get started with him this fall."

Horn-Bourque is a J30 ITF runner-up in singles play and a two-time quarterfinalist in the J30 ITF. He has attained an ITF singles ranking of 882 and owns a current UTR of 10.70.

In addition to his tennis accomplishments, Horn-Bourque played competitive soccer for six years. He graduated second in his class at the Mouratoglou International School.

Horn-Bourque joins a Lehigh team that went 11-10 last season. The Mountain Hawks will return eight players from last year's squad, including All-Patriot League honorees Matt Kleiman and Marc Blekhman.
