Play Suspended During Round Two of Patriot League Championship

MIDLOTHIAN, Va. – Severe weather forced the suspension of play during round two of the Patriot League Championship Saturday at Independence Golf Club.

Play will resume Sunday at 8:30 a.m. with student-athletes completing their second round of play and moving directly into round three.

Lehigh shot an opening round 298 and was in second place after the opening 18 holes. When play was halted, the Mountain Hawks were in third place at 17 over par, one stroke behind Boston University. Richmond continues to lead the field at five over par.

First-year Yuki Zhu and sophomore Madison Pineda are both tied for third place at even par, two strokes behind leader Alice Fan of Boston University. Zhu is two under par through 12 holes while Pineda is one under par through nine.
