Lehigh To Play In Columbia Autumn Invitational Monday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men's golf team returns to action for the first time in nearly a month, as the Mountain Hawks head to Kingston, N.Y for the one-day Columbia Invitational, Monday at Wiltwyck Golf Club.
 
Twelve teams will play 36 holes Monday on the par 72, 6,877-yard course.
 
Participating teams include Bryant, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Fairleigh Dickinson, Harvard, Iona, Lehigh, Manhattan, St. John's, St. Peter's, St. Thomas Aquinas (N.Y.).
 
Lehigh's lineup will feature juniors Sam Barton, David Hurly and Daniel Song along with sophomores Edmund Broderick and Marco Arosemena.
 
So far this fall, Lehigh finished eighth out of 15 teams at Colgate's Alex Lagowitz Memorial Invitational and tied for ninth out of 14 at The Doc Gimmler, hosted by St. John's.
 
Song led Lehigh at Colgate, tying for 15th place, while Hurly was the top finisher at The Doc Gimmler, tying for 14th.
