PHOENIX, Md. – It required four playoff holes, but Lehigh junior Reagan Jahn outlasted Ana Candela Ferreyra Holt of Delaware State to earn individual medalist honors as the Tiganelli Towson Invitational wrapped up Monday at Eagles Nest Country Club.

Jahn and Holt both finished the 36-hole tournament at two over par 146 before Jahn prevailed in the playoff to become Lehigh's first tournament medalist since Lizzie McGarrigle '17 topped teammate Aileen Jeong to win the 2016 Lehigh Invitational. The final score of 146 matches Ana Nam '11 in the 2008 ECAC Championship as the lowest 36-hole tournament total in program history. Jahn shot two over par 74 on Monday after firing a 72 on Sunday. She tied for the field lead with 26 pars and played the par five holes in two under par for the tournament.

As a team, Lehigh shot the lowest round in the nine-team field Monday, a 307 to move into second place at 622 (315-307). The Mountain Hawks finished eight strokes behind team champion and tournament host Towson at 614 (304-310). Lehigh bested Patriot League rival Navy by seven strokes on Sunday to leapfrog the Mids for second place.

Jeong matched her classmate Jahn with a 74 on Monday and moved into a tie for 15th place at 158 (84-74). Senior Megan Moylan tied for 17th place at 159 (78-81), while sophomore Minuette Laessig shot 164 (81-83) to tie for 27th. Laessig and Jahn both carded four birdies on the weekend to lead Lehigh. Freshman Alexis Browne rebounded from a 91 on Sunday to shoot 78 Monday to tie for 35th in her first college tournament at 169.

Jahn and Holt bested two Towson players by three strokes to enter the playoff.
