Wednesday's Lehigh-Delaware softball game cancelled

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh-Delaware softball game, scheduled for Wednesday at Leadership Park has been cancelled due to inclement weather. The contest will not be made up. After periodic rains on Tuesday, Wednesday's forecast calls for continued showers in the afternoon.
The Mountain Hawks (33-13, 11-3 PL) will host Holy Cross in a key three-game series this weekend at Leadership Park. The teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at noon which will be preceded by Lehigh's senior day festivities. The series will conclude with a single game Sunday at noon. All three games will be broadcast on the Patriot League Network.
