
Mountain Hawks finish second at Lehigh Invitational

Final Results
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Junior Elizabeth McGarrigle and senior Nicole Feierberg tied for sixth place to lead the Lehigh women's golf team to a second place finish, as the Lehigh Invitational presented by B Braun concluded Monday on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club. McGarrigle and Feierberg finished at 12 over par 156 to lead the way for the Mountain Hawks.

As a team, Lehigh shot 318 on Monday to finish with a final total of 633 (315-318). Princeton ran away with its second straight team title. The Tigers placed four players in the top five and posted a winning score of 596 (296-300). The Mountain Hawks held off Towson by four strokes for second place.

McGarrigle was the only Mountain Hawk to break 80 on Monday, firing a five over par 77 to move into a tie for sixth place. Feierberg was Lehigh's top player on Sunday but shot 80 on Monday to fall from third to sixth.

Freshmen Aileen Jeong and Raegan Jahn finished in the top 16. Jeong tied for 14th place at 160 (79-81). Jahn finished at 161 (81-80) and tied for 16th place.

Sophomore Megan Moylan was Lehigh's fifth scoring player. She tied for 26th place at 165 (81-84).

Also competing as an individual was sophomore Casey Farmer, who shot 188 (91-97) and finished in 51st place.

The individual medalist was Hana Ku from Princeton, who finished at one under par 143 (69-74). She beat teammate Amber Wang (71-73) by one stroke.

The Mountain Hawks will close out their fall season at the Delaware Invitational, Saturday and Sunday in Rehoboth Beach, Del.
