BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Fresh off a win in its first spring tournament, the Lehigh women's golf team returns to action this weekend at the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate in Williamsburg, Virginia. The three-day tournament begins Sunday on the River Course at the Kingsmill Resort, which is also home to an LPGA event and used to be the home of the Michelob Open on the PGA Tour.

The three-day, 54-hole tournament consists of 18 holes of play, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday on the 6,000-plus yard, par-72 course, with an 8:30 a.m. start on all three days.

Lehigh opened its spring season by winning the ten team Warner University Invitational in Sebring, Florida over spring break. The Mountain Hawks placed four individuals in the top ten to capture the team title by 20 strokes.

Junior Kelly Moylan led the Mountain Hawks, showing 160 to tie for third overall. She was joined in the top ten by senior Crystal Lee (sixth), sophomore Nicole Feierberg (seventh) and junior Alyssa Scheyd. Junior Melanie Dickens rounded out Lehigh's group of scoring players in the first spring event.

This marks the seventh straight year Lehigh will play in the spring tournament hosted by William and Mary. Last year the Mountain Hawks tied for ninth in a 28-team field with Lee leading the way, tying for 15th overall in a weather-shortened event. Moylan was Lehigh's No. 2 finisher, as she tied for 29th.

In addition to Lehigh and the host Tribe, this year's field includes Navy, Hofstra, Sacred Heart, Monmouth, Saint Francis (Pa.), Yale, Longwood, Radford, FDU and IUPUI.

The first round of the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate begins at 8:30 a.m. Sunday from the River Course at the Kingsmill Resort.
