BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's basketball team looks to gain some momentum heading into the Patriot League Tournament as the Mountain Hawks head to Colgate to close out the regular season Saturday at 4 p.m. Lehigh has secured the No. 8 seed in the tournament, as well as a home game in the opening round.  The Mountain Hawks will most likely face the Raiders again in Tuesday's opening round game, unless Colgate beats Lehigh Saturday, Loyola beats Navy and Army loses to Lafayette.

Despite 20-plus point efforts from sophomore Elizabeth Sharlow and Kerry Kinek on Wednesday, Lehigh fell to Bucknell 87-78 at Stabler Arena. Lehigh trailed by one point at halftime, but the Bison used several large runs in the first ten minutes of the second half to build an insurmountable lead.

Sharlow led Lehigh with a career-high 24 points, crushing her previous personal best by nine points. Kinek recorded her second double-double in three games with 21 points and ten rebounds. It marked Kinek's eighth 20-plus point game of the season and her first since Jan. 15. Sophomore Elizabeth Jordan was the next highest scorer with eight points. Four Bison scored in double-figures, led by Audrey Dotson with 19 points. Shelby Romine scored 18, 16 of which came in the second half.
