Lehigh Athletics Ticket Office completes move to Stabler Arena

Effective January 11 and communicated via the Lehigh daily digest, the Athletics Ticket Office will be permanently located at Stabler Arena. The Stabler Arena ticket office staff and Athletics ticket office staff are now fully integrated as part of the Athletics Business Services team.

This move, as part of the effort to streamline ticket operations, increase efficiency, and provide the best possible customer service across the entire campus and all customers, will be operated in partnership with New Era Ticketing. This new ticketing system, as many of our Wrestling and Basketball customers have already learned, allows fans to create and manage their own account, print their tickets from the comfort of their own home, and has easy-to-use online purchasing capabilities.
Tickets may still be purchased anytime online at Lehighsports.com, or in person at Stabler Arena during regular business hours. For phone purchases, the phone number for the Athletics Ticket Office will remain 610-7LU-GAME (8-4263).
The Athletics Ticket Office will now have extended hours, from 10 am – 5pm Monday through Friday, instead of 10am to 4pm. Stabler Arena also offers more parking availability for the general public than Taylor Street in front of Grace Hall. The Grace Hall Ticket Office will continue to be used on event days and occasionally as a distribution source for student and faculty/staff tickets.
We hope these changes will improve our efforts to support the campus community and our customers. Thank you for your patience during this process as we will undoubtedly need to refine processes over the next several months.
