Mountain Hawks finish up at Nittany Lion Invitational

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Lehigh women's golf team wrapped-up action at the Nittany Lion Invitational on the Penn State Blue Course on Sunday. The Mountain Hawks placed a pair of golfers in the top-15 individually but a final round 323 left the Brown and White with a 13th place finish on the weekend at 944 (312, 309, 323).
Others who competed for Lehigh included: freshman Crystal Lee who tied for 79th at 247 (84, 80, 83), sophomore Natalie Lansing who tied for 82nd at 248 (82, 82, 84), and freshman Hannah Kim, who shot 249 (81, 84, 84) to tie for 84th.
Host Penn State captured the team title with a score of 901 (295, 305, 301), nine shots better than Western Michigan.
Fabia Rothenfluh of Rollins College captured medalist honors with a 218, one shot better than Penn State's Emily Ransone.
The Mountain Hawks will wrap-up their fall schedule at the Rutgers Invitational, October 15-16 in New Jersey.
