Lehigh wraps up play at Scotty Duncan Tourn.

NEWARK, Del. – Lehigh finished up action at the Scotty Duncan Memorial Tournament on Monday as the Mountain Hawks shot a 323 over the final 18 holes to place sixth in the 15-team field with a total score of 640 (317, 323). Sophomore Doug Marcincin was the Brown and White’s top individual finisher as he shot a 156 (77, 79) which placed him in a tie for 13th place, while Steve Suarez tied for 21st individually with a 159 (80, 79). The host Blue Hens took home the team championship as they shot a 606 (304, 302), with George Washington in second after shooting a 612 (307, 305), Rutgers in third with a 617 (314, 303), Wilmington (Del.) in fourth with a 635 (329, 306) and Iona in fifth with a 637 (315, 322).
Rounding out the Mountain Hawks lineup at the tournament was Tim Rosenhouse who tied for 32nd after shooting a 161 (78, 83), Duncan Zeiders who shot a 164 (82, 82) and tied for 44th place and Sean Keller who finished in 68th place with a 173 (85, 88).
Individually Kevin McLister of Delaware was the champion with a 145 (73, 72) while Brendan Barrack of George Washington shot a 148 (74, 74) to place second.
Lehigh will return to action on the weekend of October 17-18 when the Mountain Hawks host the Lehigh Invitational at Saucon Valley Country Club.
