ALLENTOWN, Pa. – On the strength of Ana Nam’s first place individual finish, Lehigh won the Muhlenberg Invitational at Lehigh Country Club on Monday afternoon. The Mountain Hawks shot a 341 on the par-70, 5843-yard course, led by Nam’s one round score of 80. Teammates Livia Amado (82) and Yvonne Kukora (86) finished second and fourth, respectively, while Caroline Boyer placed 14th with a one-round total of 93. Kutztown (354) finished second in the team standings, followed by McDaniel (385), Gettysburg (391) and New York University (398).
Other teams that competed were Muhlenberg, which shot a 441 and Susquehana and Ursinus who both did not finish. Kutztown’s Krista Tressler finished third behind Nam and Amado with a score of 84, while Valerie Saucier of McDaniel placed fifth after shooting an 87.

Lehigh will be back in action on April 11 when the Mountain Hawks travel to Maramack, New York to compete in the Columbia Invitational. Tee time is set for 9:00 AM.
