Mountain Hawks roll past Temple for first spring win

The Mountain Hawks picked up the doubles point as Ty Esler and Randall Smalley earned a convincing 8-2 win at first doubles. After the Owls earned a win at second doubles, Lehigh rallied for an 8-1 win by Andrew Shapiro and Alfredo Fernandez-Concha at third doubles.
In singles play, the Mountain Hawks won five of six flights to cruise to the victory. After a hard-fought, three-set win by Ty Esler in top flight singles play, Lehigh won four of the remaining five flights – three in straight sets – en route to the victory.
Lehigh returns to the court on Saturday, February 12, when the Mountain Hawks host Howard at the
