Lehigh finishes second at Saucon on Thursday

Bethlehem, PA – Lehigh newcomer Yvonne Kukora led the Mountain Hawks for the second straight outing as Lehigh finished in second place in the eight-team Lehigh Fall Invite on Thursday afternoon at Saucon Valley Country Club. Kukora’s eigh-over-par 80 placed her eight strokes behind Penn’s Melissa Aylor, who won the event with an even-par 72. As a team, the Mountain Hawks finished with a 334, eight strokes behind the first place Quakers.
Lehigh junior co-captain Sarah March shot an 83 on the day to finish fourth overall. Freshman Allison Juster tied for fifth with an 84, and sophomore Kassia Nelson shot an 87. Lauren Barton rounded out the Lehigh scoring with a 90 on the afternoon.
