Lewisburg, PA – Senior captain Alexis Foucek posted a 168 over two days to lead her team as the Mountain Hawks finished 13th in the 17-team Bucknell Fall Classic on Saturday and Sunday. As a team, the Mountain Hawks shot a 702. St. John’s took the top spot with a two-day total of 621 on the par 71 Bucknell Golf Course.

Foucek (81-87) finished in a tie for 20th place overall. After shooting an 89 on Saturday, freshman Yvonne Kukora wrapped up her stellar fall play with an 81 on Sunday, for a total of 170. Junior captain Sarah March (86-95-181), freshman Alison Webb (95-92-187), and sophomore Kassia Nelson (97-91-188) rounded out the Lehigh scoring.

Katie Loncke of Harvard captured medalist honors. After a five-over par 76 performance on Saturday, Loncke shot a 75 on Sunday. Her 151 overall topped St. John’s Brittany Lambertson by two strokes.

The Bucknell Fall Classic wraps up fall play on the links for Lehigh.
