Why Lehigh?: “I chose Lehigh because it fulfilled everything I was looking for in a school—a strong academic reputation, a beautiful campus, a smaller undergraduate program with a stronger student-teacher ratio, and Division I athletics.’
On Coach Maurer: “Coach Maurer is exactly what the volleyball program needs to succeed. Above anything, she is a teacher before she is a coach. She helps us to understand the concepts and details of each aspect of volleyball so that we can play the game effectively and efficiently.”
On playing volleyball at Lehigh: “I could not have asked for a better group of girls to play with. Through anything, thick and this, we are there for one another. We were friends before we became teammates and that relationship is important to our cohesion on and off the court.”
