Why Lehigh? “When researching colleges and universities, I was looking for an institution that first and foremost would provide me with an exceptional education. I knew without a doubt that Lehigh would allow me the opportunity to receive a superior education. In addition, I was also searching for a university where I could continue my football career. I realized that when it came to athletics, Lehigh was the right fit for me. The coaching staff was knowledgeable, passionate, and above all, committed. They were truly vested in the players both on the field and in the classroom. This commitment to academics as well as extracurricular activities solidified for me that Lehigh University was the place where I wanted to continue my education.”
As a senior (2017): Second team All-Patriot League selection… started all 12 games on the defensive line… finished fourth on team in tackles and led Mountain Hawks in both sacks and tackles for loss… season-high eight tackles at Monmouth (9/9)… four tackles and a blocked PAT vs. Yale (9/16)… had four tackles, a sack and a blocked punt in big league win over Holy Cross (11/11)… six tackles, including 2.5 for loss and a fumble recovery versus Lafayette (11/18) … named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a junior (2016): Second team All-Patriot League selection… started all 12 games at defensive end… led Lehigh with five sacks… had nine tackles in season-opener versus Monmouth (9/3)… made first career interception against Princeton (9/24)… made first career sack at Holy Cross (10/22)… recorded nine tackles and three sacks the following week versus Fordham (10/29)… blocked two extra points (at Villanova, at Lafayette)… seven tackles and a sack in playoffs at New Hampshire (11/26) … named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a sophomore (2015): Appeared in 10 games with six starts… finished with 31 tackles and two tackles for loss… established career-highs in tackles in each of last two games… had tackles for loss at Fordham (10/24) and vs. Lafayette (11/21)… recovered two fumbles.
As a freshman (2014): Appeared in ten games… made 12 tackles in final five games of the season… season-high four tackles at Holy Cross (11/8/14)… blocked two kicks: a field goal versus Monmouth (9/27) and an extra point at Georgetown (11/1).
