Why Lehigh? “I chose to come to Lehigh so that I could play a high level of football and challenge myself academically.”
As a senior (2012): Played in all 11 games, making ten starts on the defensive line… finished with 25 tackles and two sacks… made seven tackles, with a sack and a forced fumble at Holy Cross (11/3)… blocked an extra point versus Bucknell (10/20) and blocked a field goal at Lafayette (11/17)… recovered two fumbles and had four pass breakups.As a junior (2011): Appeared in 11 games… finished with ten tackles, three tackles-for-loss and two sacks… made season-high three tackles at Princeton… had two tackles and 1.5 sacks in win at Bucknell.
As a sophomore (2010): Appeared in one game… worked as an extra tight end in addition to his defensive line duties.
As a freshman (2009): Appeared in four games.
In high school: Recipient of the Maxwell Award … Second-Team All-Southeastern Pennsylvania Defensive End … member of the Honor Roll … played varsity football, basketball and lacrosse
Personal: Son of Tom and Mary … has one sister, Lauren.
