Will see significant time at tailback … has impressed the staff with his work ethic and change of direction skills … as a junior … played in all 11 games … averaged 4.5 yards per carry and 9.5 yards per catch … rushed for a season-high 117 yards in a win over Georgetown (Nov. 5) … as a sophomore … played in eleven games, amassing 463 yards on 92 carries … registered 186 receiving yards … averaged five yards per carry and 9.3 yards per catch … scored two rushing touchdowns and caught six touchdown passes … scored three times in Lehigh’s win over Albany … as a freshman … played in three games, mostly on special teams … returned two kicks in a win at Princeton … brought back two punts in a win at Bucknell … recorded a tackle at Penn … in secondary school … first team All-Metro … first team All-County … first team All-Conference.
Personal: Son of Nancy Thompson … brother, Dennis (25) … interned in the Comptroller’s office at Straub auto dealership during the summer of 2005.
