Why Lehigh?: “It was the best overall fit for me to be successful. There are also great coaches to help me take on this chapter in my life.”
As a senior (2022): Team captain… second team All-Patriot League for second straight season… career-high eight tackles in season-opener at Villanova (9/2)… had seven tackles, two tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks at Princeton (9/24)… had four tackles for loss over last four games.
As a junior (2021): Second team All-Patriot League honoree… started all 11 games on defensive line… led Mountain Hawks with 4.5 sacks… Lehigh’s No. 3 tackler with 47 stops… had season-high six tackles in three different games, including Lafayette game (11/20)… shared a sack on final play of Rivalry 157… five tackles and a sack in home games against Villanova (9/4) and Princeton (9/18)… had four tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery at Penn (10/6)… blocked punt at Colgate (9/25)… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a sophomore (spring 2021): Started all three games at defensive end… finished with four tackles… season-high two tackles vs. Bucknell (4/3) …named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a freshman (2019): Only first-year Mountain Hawk to start all 11 games… finished with 23 tackles, six tackles for loss and four sacks… had 14 tackles, five tackles for loss and four sacks in three-game stretch against Merrimack, Colgate and Fordham… made first career sack against Merrimack (9/28)… had two sacks in league-opening win at Colgate (10/5)… season-high seven tackles at Fordham (10/19).
In high school: Two-time all-region and all-county… West Forsyth Athlete of the Year… also lettered in basketball where he was all-county and in track and field where he competed in the triple jump.
