Zhu Tabbed as Patriot League Co-Golfer of the Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh senior Yuki Zhu has been named Patriot League Co-Golfer of the Week, the league announced Wednesday. Zhu and Bucknell's Sophia Bardunias both tied for 21st place to lead a contingent of golfers from three Patriot League teams at last weekend's Rutgers Invitational.
Zhu and Bardunias both shot 22 over par 235, with Zhu rebounding from an opening round 83 to shoot 77 and then 75. She carded two birdies over the 54 holes and had a strong final round with 14 pars and four bogeys in her round of 75.
This is the second Golfer of the Week award for Zhu this spring. She was honored after a top 10 finish at the spring-opening BGSU Women's Intercollegiate.
Zhu has been Lehigh's top finisher in the last five tournaments she has competed in, including all three spring tournaments.
The Mountain Hawks will next compete at the Patriot League Championship, Friday through Sunday at the Naval Academy Golf Club in Annapolis, Md.
