Lehigh Earns AVCA Team Academic Award For Seventh Straight Year

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) released the recipients of the Team Academic Award on Monday afternoon, which recognizes high-achieving volleyball programs at both the collegiate and high school level. Lehigh volleyball was selected to the list for the seventh consecutive year.
Lehigh joins a list of over 1,450 college and high school programs to receive this distinction from the AVCA.
In order to qualify for the award, a program must maintain a cumulative year-long GPA of at least 3.3.
The Mountain Hawks earned a 3.54 GPA in the 2024-25 season, which was ranked third among all programs at Lehigh. In addition, 10 student-athletes were named to the Dean's List and two earned 4.0 GPAs in the Spring 2025 semester.
