Grise Slides Into 8th All-time In Lehigh Hockey Record Books

Captain and current hockey club President Mike Grise has risen to 8th all time in points with 83 points in his three years at Lehigh. Grise also currently sits 6th with 50 goals and 15th in assists with 33, twelve goals behind former Lehigh Captain Keith Calvaruso. What might be most impressive however is Grise has accomplished all of this in only three seasons with the Mountain Hawks, additionally while only committing 41 penalty minutes during his Lehigh career. The captain has averaged 2 points per game this season, with a career 1.32 points per game average during his college career.
Lehigh is coming off an solid weekend trip to Buffalo, NY where they split the weekend series 1-1-1. Lehigh will next travel to George Mason University and Towson University to take on two conference opponents. Lehigh will need to fair well over the weekend as its last three away games will help to determine the teams potential playoff berth.Â
