Men's Soccer gets 14 student-athletes on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — After claiming the 2019 Patriot League Men's Soccer Championship, the Lehigh men's soccer team also had a successful semester in the classroom, as 14 members of the team were selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, announced by the league Tuesday afternoon. Student-athletes who achieved a grade point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher were eligible for inclusion on the list.
Head Coach Dean Koski's program has now placed 10 or more players on the honor roll in nine of the last 10 seasons.
Of the 14 honorees, seven were selected to Lehigh University's Dean's List for reaching a GPA of 3.60 or higher. Valentine Perevalov (3.93), Euan Forrest (3.85), Ian Marshall (3.85), Luke Briggs (3.80), Noah Sutherland (3.67) and Natan Rosen (3.60) were awarded Dean's List honors for the 2019 Fall semester.
Seniors Marshall and Smith conclude their careers as four-time members of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
First-time honorees include freshmen Forrest, Briggs, Rosen and Thatcher Cooper (3.64).
The Patriot League had a total of 142 men's soccer players selected to be a part of the honor roll for this season. American had the most selections with 20, while Lafayette had 18 players and Boston University had 17.
