Women's Ultimate Frisbee Heading to Nationals!

This year concluded Lehigh Women's Ultimate Frisbee team's fifth year since its founding. The team, Lehigh Gravity, was founded in the fall of 2010 and has seen consistent growth since, both for individual team members, as well as for the team as a whole. This year, the team continued to practice alongside Lehigh's two men's teams and exceed expectations at tournaments in the fall and spring seasons. The women traveled to competitions in the local area to play against some of the region's top teams, earning a spring season record of 24-8. At the Ohio Valley Regional Tournament, Lehigh Gravity took home a victory, securing a bid to the National tournament in Rockford, Illinois. This tournament, the 6th annual Division III College Championships, features the top 16 women's teams from colleges with less than 7500 students. This is a fantastic once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that each and every team member has worked tirelessly to earn. The team will be attending nationals on May 16th and 17th, and we wish them the best of luck!!
