BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Following a slim 65-61 loss at Bucknell Wednesday, the Lehigh men's basketball team wraps up the regular season on Saturday hosting Colgate at 2 p.m. in Stabler Arena. It's Senior Day as Mackey McKnight and Anthony D'Orazio will be recognized prior to tipoff. With a win, the Mountain Hawks would clinch the #6 seed in next week's Patriot League Tournament and a quarterfinal game at Holy Cross Wednesday. A loss leaves the door open for Lafayette to snatch the #6 seed (depending on several out-of-town scores).

Saturday's game is the second of a Lehigh Athletics doubleheader as the #14 nationally-ranked men's lacrosse team hosts #7/8 and 2012 National Champion Loyola at 12 p.m. Lacrosse plays at the Ulrich Sports Complex across the street from Stabler Arena. There's a special ticket offer for Saturday's doubleheader. For more information, please click here.

Lehigh needs just one of the following to clinch the #6 seed: win over Colgate, Lafayette loss at Army, Boston University win at Holy Cross or American loss to Bucknell. The only way the Leopards would overtake the Mountain Hawks is if Lafayette wins and Lehigh loses (to tie with 8-10 league marks). Boston University stands one game ahead of American for first place; if the Terriers hold onto first place, Lehigh wins the tiebreaker due to its Feb. 1 win in Boston. However, if American wins on Saturday and Boston U loses, the Eagles would overtake the Terriers, giving the Leopards the tiebreaker since Lafayette defeated American on Feb. 15.

Fans can help the fight against cancer on Saturday by donating through the Sixth Man Challenge. The Sixth Man Challenge is an incentivized giving, micro donation, rewards-based fundraising campaign. Each participating school encourages their students, fans, and alumni to raise funds and awareness in support towards the fight against cancer and help their school win the challenge. They make a micro donation at their school's designated Sixth Man Challenge game or online and receive valuable rewards and a sweepstakes opportunity from partnering sponsors that they redeem on their schools rewards redemption site. Fans can donate at Saturday's game or online by clicking here.

Sophomore Jesse Chuku led the Mountain Hawks on Wednesday with 18 points and eight rebounds. That included 4-of-6 from three-point range along with four blocks. The 18 points tied his season high for points in a road game (also at Boston University). Freshman Austin Price added 11 points, including 2-of-3 from three-point range while classmate Tim Kempton had 10 points and eight rebounds. Senior Mackey McKnight made history, dishing six assists to become Lehigh's all-time career assists leader. He passed Marquis Hall, also moving to second in Patriot League history. McKnight is also five assists from tying and six from breaking Hall's single-season assists leader.

The loss snapped Lehigh's three-game winning streak at Bucknell as the Mountain Hawks lost in Sojka Pavilion for the first time since the 2011 Patriot League Semifinals. The Mountain Hawks held the Bison to just 33 percent shooting on Wednesday, but Bucknell held a 49-34 rebounding edge, including 18 offensive boards, which led to seven more shots than Lehigh.

Colgate is playing its best basketball of the Patriot League season, winning two straight at home in dominant fashion. The Raiders topped Loyola 84-60 last Saturday and Lafayette 83-66 on Wednesday. Colgate is tied for eighth place and within a win on Saturday, would clinch the #8 seed which would mean hosting an opening round game on Monday.

Lehigh's thrilling 88-81 double overtime win earlier this season pulled the Mountain Hawks within 48-36 in the all-time series. Lehigh went 2-0 against the Raiders at home last season, including a 71-64 Patriot League Quarterfinal victory. The Mountain Hawks have won four straight over Colgate at home. The sides first met during the 1909-10 season, a 25-24 Colgate victory, before reconvening in 1959-60. Lehigh's first win was in 1961-62 by a 72-71 final.

Colgate enters with an 11-17 record and 5-12 Patriot League mark. The Raiders lost their first five league games, but are 5-7 since. Included is a season sweep against red-hot Lafayette, an impressive win at American and additional home victories over Navy and Loyola. Colgate shoots a stellar 48.9 percent from the field, but allows opponents to shoot 45.3 percent. The Raiders are also 40.4 percent from three-point range. All-League performer Murphy Burnatowski leads the team in scoring with 14.8 points per game. Austin Tillotson averages 13.5, Ethan Jacobs 11.7 and Damon Sherman-Newsome 10.6. Luke Roh averages a team-leading 5.5 rebounds.

Following Saturday's game, the Mountain Hawks look ahead to the Patriot League Tournament. Depending on Saturday's results, Lehigh will either be the #6 seed and play at #3 Holy Cross in the Patriot League Quarterfinals on Wednesday or be the #7 seed and host #10 Navy in the opening round on Monday.
