To be eligible for the Academic All-Patriot League Team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average and be a starter or key player in his/her sport. Freshmen or students in their first academic year at their school are not eligible for the honor.

Just one day after earning First Team All-League laurels for her success on the field, Donnelly was honored for her hard work in the classroom. The junior from Bethlehem has posted an impressive 3.85 GPA as a Global Studies major and Business minor. On the field, Donnelly led the team in scoring this year, posting 14 points via seven goals, highlighted by a hat trick on Sept. 15 vs. Saint Joseph's.

Exceptional in the classroom, Fardelmann has a 3.84 GPA as an International Relations and German major, all while minoring in Business. Fardelmann was a 2008 National Society of Collegiate Scholars nominee, presented to only first and second year students ranked in the top 20 percent of their class with a minimum GPA of 3.40. She plans on continuing her education in Lehigh's graduate school.
