Lehigh finishes up at Lincoln Mercury Intercollegiate

Tim Rosenhouse DWM_9488.jpg" />BEDMINSTER, N.J. – Lehigh finished up its fall season with the final round of the Lincoln Mercury Intercollegiate, hosted by Seton Hall, Sunday at Fiddlers Elbow C.C. The Mountain Hawks followed a first round 311 with a final round 312 to finish at 623, good for 12th in the 18-team field. Binghamton was the top team in the 36-hole event with a score of 587 (298, 289), five shots better than second-place Temple.
 
Leading the way for the Mountain Hawks on Sunday were junior Tim Rosehnouse and senior Duncan Zeiders who each shot 76. Rosenhouse tied for 38th overall at 155 (79, 76), while Zeiders tied for 46th at 156 (80, 76). Junior Doug Marcincin was tied for fifth at the end of Saturday's first round, but Lehigh's captain shot an 81 on Sunday to finish in a tie for 31st at 154 (73, 81).
 
Others who competed for the Mountain Hawks were sophomore Sean Keller, who tied for 59th at 159 (80, 79) and senior Dwight D'Iorio who shot 162 (79, 83) to tie for 74th.
 
Delaware's Justin Martinson shot a course-record 64 to earn medalist honors at 141 (77, 64), two strokes ahead of Binghamton's Jake Katz and Temple's Andrew Mason.
The tournament concludes Lehigh's fall schedule. The Mountain Hawks will return to the links in the spring.
