At 133, Ciasulli picked up his first career NCAA victory in his fourth try, pinning Dan Mitcheff of
Caruso also nabbed his first NCAA tournament win, scoring takedowns in the first and second period to defeat Josh Patterson of
Senior Dave Nakasone and sophomore Manuel Schubert both lost their consolation bouts, and were eliminated from the tournament with 0-2 records. Nakasone converted a takedown in the third period to force sudden victory versus Matt Moley of Bloomsburg, but Moley scored a takedown in the overtime period to earn a 6-4 win at 157, eliminating the EIWA Champion.
Schubert again fought hard in his consolation at 184, but a first period takedown proved to be the difference as Jacob Devlin of Air Force knocked him out with 3-2 decision.
In the team standings, Lehigh earned five points on the evening and sits in a tie for 33rd with Cal State Fullerton and Rider, half a point behind
