Smith earns all-league honors in field hockey for the third time in her career, and makes her second consecutive appearance on the first team. Lehigh’s third leading scorer overall with 21 points, Smith saved her best for Patriot League games, where she led the league in scoring with five goals and 13 points. Fox nets her first all-league selection after racking up 18 points during the regular season. Her eight assists were tops on the team, while the Wilmington, Del. native added five goals, including the game-winner versus Rider on October 10, which capped off a five-point game.
The Patriot League will announce its major award winners on Thursday night and the postseason banquet which precedes this weekend’s Patriot League tournament.
