In the first half, Lehigh got on the board first, as sophomore Gina Lewandowski scored her team-leading fourth goal of the season on a high shot that found the back of the net in the 16th minute. Freshman Melissa Montalvo was credited with the assist, her second of the season. Lehigh out-shot the Hawks on the night, 15-12. The big discrepancy came on corner kicks, as the Mountain Hawks had eight corners to St. Joe’s one. Senior captain Erin Iwaskiewicz was stellar as usual in net, notching five saves in 90 minutes of action.
