Mountain Hawks fall 2-0 at Dartmouth

Hanover, NH – The Mountain Hawks capped off a grueling five game in 10 day stretch losing 2-0 to Dartmouth Sunday afternoon. The loss drops Lehigh’s record below .500 at 3-4. Dartmouth is 2-0-2.

Allison Green got the Big Green on the board in the 9thminute off a feed from Whitney Douthett. Dartmouth would get an insurance goal from Sarah Johnson in the 63rd minute on a blast from the top of the penalty area. Dartmouth outshot Lehigh 13-4.

Erin Iwaskiewicz made five saves for the Mountain Hawks. Gina Lewandowski and Jen Fetsick recorded two shots apiece.

Lehigh returns to the pitch on Saturday September 18, when the Mountain Hawks open up Patriot League play against rival Lafayette. Game time set for 7:00.
