Lehigh wraps up spring play with third place finish

Harrisburg, PA – Sophomore Sarah March finished in a second place tie – just three strokes from the top spot – as Lehigh wrapped up spring play with a third place finish at the four team Penn Invitational over the weekend. The two-day event was held at the par 72 golf club at Felicita in Harrisburg Columbia
March led the Mountain Hawks with a two-day total of 161 (+17). March shot an 82 on Saturday, but recovered to post a 79 in the final round. Senior Danielle Kochenour wrapped up her Lehigh career by finishing in an eleventh place tie. Kochenour (91-86) shot a 177 over the two days. Other Lehigh competitors included Lauren Barton (93-91-184), Taylor Sauer (96-92-188), and Kassia Nelson (94-97-191).
With the conclusion of the Penn Invitational, Lehigh has wrapped up its 2004 spring schedule.
