Borowskiys hole-in-one leads Lehigh at William & Mary

Williamsburg, VA – Lehigh freshman Alan Borowsky registered a hole-in-one on the par three 17th hole on Tuesday to lead Lehigh in the two-day Kingsmill/William & Mary Invite held at the Kingsmill Resort. The Mountain Hawks shot a collective 622 over the two days to finish in a tie for 14th place overall.
For the day, Borowski shot a two-under-par 69 to pace Lehigh. He finished in a tie for twelfth place overall with a two-day total of 149. Navy’s Billy Hurley won the event with a 141.
In team standings, Georgetown took the overall top spot by posting a 589 – three strokes ahead of second place Richmond. Other Mountain Hawks finishers included Nam Park (77-76-153), who finished tied for 32nd place, Patrick McCahill (79-80-159), and John Jaravata (85-78-163). Lehigh returns to the links on Sunday, when the Mountain Hawks participate in the Georgetown Invitational in Washington, D.C.
