Mountain Hawks to tangle with Fordham Saturday

Lehigh looks to keep its Patriot League record unblemished on Saturday as the Mountain Hawks welcome the Fordham Rams to Goodman Stadium for the second consecutive season. Last time out, Lehigh got an early lead and never looked back in a 49-18 win over Lehigh (8-1, 4-0 Patriot League) has dominated the all-time series between these two schools, leading 17-1. Lehigh has won the last six games after Fordham got their only win in series history in 1997. The first matchup between the two programs was a 9-6 Lehigh victory in 1923. Last season, the Mountain Hawks topped then-No. 9 Fordham by a 23-16 tally inside Goodman Stadium. Lehigh has won seven of the eight previous meetings at Goodman Stadium. Saturday’s game kicks off at just after 12:30 from Goodman Stadium.
