Mountain Hawks are in; Lehigh to play at home

Fans wishing to purchase tickets to the first round home playoff game may do so by credit card at any point after 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon on-line at lehighsports.com. Fans also have the option to purchase tickets in person between the hours of 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Sunday at Stabler Arena. Cash and checks (no credit cards) will be accepted at Stabler. The ticket window at Grace Hall will open at 10:00 Monday morning for cash, check, and credit card sales. Also, beginning Monday morning, fans can order tickets by phone after 10:00 am by calling (610) 7LU-GAME. Ticket prices for a home game are $15 for reserved seats and $10 for all general admission seats. Lehigh student general admission tickets are $5.
The 2004 Patriot League co-champion Mountain Hawks finished the regular season with a 9-2 overall mark and a 5-1 league record en route to a share of their league-best seventh Patriot League title. Lehigh is making its first postseason appearance since 2001.
The Dukes are ranked ninth in the most recent Sports Network poll. James Madison posted a 9-2 overall record and a 7-1 mark in the Atlantic 10. James Madison’s nine victories in 2004 tie a school record set in 1975.
Lehigh is 1-0 all-time in playoff games at Goodman Stadium, defeating Atlantic 10 foe Hofstra by a 27-24 score in overtime in 2001.
Saturday’s kick-off time is set for just after 12:30 pm EST.
