Hamilton, NY – Junior John Jaravata shot a two-day total of 147 in leading Lehigh to a fourth place finish at the Colgate Golf Invitational at the Seven Oaks Golf Course. The Mountain Hawks shot a 599 over the two-day event, 15 strokes behind Binghamton, who captured first place.
Jaravata shot a 74-73 over the two days to pace Lehigh, as he finished in a tie for eighth place. Teammate Patrick McCahill shot a 74 each day, to finish one stroke back of Jaravata. Newcomer Will Weihenmayer shot a 151, and Nam Park finished with a two-day total of 158. Loyola's Will Shriver's 143 was good enough to grab top individual honors.
Lehigh returns to action on Friday, when the Mountain Hawks take part in the Bucknell Invitational.
