Mountain Hawks return to top 25 in final poll

Bethlehem, PA – Following a resounding 30-10 victory over Lafayette on Saturday, Lehigh has moved back into the national top 25 in both major polls released Monday afternoon.
In the latest Sports Network/CSTV and ESPN/USA Today surveys, Lehigh holds the No. 25 spot. The Mountain Hawks are one of two Patriot League teams that are nationally ranked, along with undefeated Colgate, the Patriot League champion.
Lehigh has been ranked as high as 19th in both polls this season. The Mountain Hawks went 1-2 against other top 25 competition this season, including a win over then-No. 9 Fordham.
Lehigh wrapped up its season with an 8-3 mark and a 6-1 Patriot League record. The program has picked up eight or more victories in each of the last six seasons.
