Lehigh ties for third at McDaniel Invitational

Westminster, MD – Freshman Kassia Nelson's two-day total of 170 paced Lehigh as the Mountain Hawks tied for third at the McDaniel Fall Invitational this past weekend. Lehigh's team score of 730 was 26 strokes behind McDaniel, who won the event with a 704. Nelson, who led Lehigh, continued her exceptional play as she shot a 170 which was good for a fourth place individual finish in the invitational. Sophomore Sarah March's score of 181 placed her second for Lehigh and 10th overall while junior Alexis Foucek finished the weekend with a score of 184 to finish third for Lehigh and 11th overall.
