Tricia Klein enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Lehigh women’s golf program. Prior to joining the Mountain Hawks, Klein was a four-year letter winner at Saint Francis University (Pa.) where she was coached by Mary Kate Lynch. She served as assistant captain as a senior.
In her time competing for the Red Flash, Klein was runner-up at the 2013 RMU Colonial Golf Classic and posted individual top 10 finishes at the 2015 Roseann Schwartz Invite at Youngstown State and the 2014 Wagner Invitational. She helped SFU to a second place finish at the 2014 NEC Championship.
An Easton native, Klein was a two-time Lehigh Valley Conference Champion and was selected to the Express-Times All-Area Golf Team in 2012 while competing for Easton Area High School. Klein has also volunteered her time with the YWCA Girls Golf Program.
At Saint Francis, Klein was active as a Student-Athlete Mentor and a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2016 and in addition to her coaching duties, works as a registered nurse with Lehigh Valley Health Network.
