In 2021-22: Team captain… began season at 149 before moving up to 157… went 2-2 at Mat Town Open II at 157… competed in duals against Campbell and Binghamton.
In 2020-21: Qualified for second straight NCAA Tournament after runner-up finish at 149 at EIWA Championships… went 0-2 competing at NCAAs for the first time… blanked Pitt’s Luke Kemerer 4-0 in season debut… won by technical fall in each of first two bouts at EIWA Tournament.
In 2019-20: Won starting spot at 149… earned at-large berth to NCAA Championships after sixth place finish at EIWA Championships… opened season with fourth place finish at Princeton Open… went 2-1 at Journeymen Collegiate Classic including win over Division II National Champion Chris Eddins of Pitt-Johnstown… won 13 straight bouts from late November until the EIWA semifinals… missed a month of action after suffering injury in win by disqualification over Brayton Lee of Minnesota… took second place at Wilkes Open.
In 2018-19: Started five duals at 149… posted 8-8 overall record with all eight wins of the bonus variety… won by injury default in dual debut at Michigan… finished second to teammate Cortlandt Schuyler at Wilkes Open… bumped up to 157 to wrestle against Virginia at South Beach Duals… finished second at Shorty Hitchcock Memorial Classic at Millersville in January.
In 2017-18: Deferred eligibility… went 18-5 competing unattached in open tournaments… placed in four opens at 141, highlighted by title at East Stroudsburg Open… finished fourth at Princeton and Edinboro Opens and fifth at Wilkes Open… had two falls and nine bonus wins, including 26 second pin at Wilkes Open.
In high school: Four-time Pennsylvania AAA state qualifier and two-time runner-up… ranked 95th overall and 16th at 132 by InterMa… top 20 in his weight class according to FloWrestling… four-time District 2 finalist and three-time champion… won the Bethlehem Holiday Classic in 2016… four-time finalist and two-time champion at the Sheetz Holiday Classic… owns a 161-26 career record… two-time NHSCA All-American… two-time winner of the Times-Leader Wrestler of the Year award.
