Why Lehigh?: “To receive a great education while having the opportunity to wrestle and compete at a high level.”
In 2024-25: Limited to five bouts due to injury… went 3-0 to win his pool at Journeymen Collegiate Classic… wrestled at 184 in duals against Pittsburgh and Penn State.
In 2023-24: Took over starting spot at 184 midseason and represented the Mountain Hawks at the EIWA Championships… placed fifth at season-opening Princeton Open… posted runner-up finish at Mat Town Open I… placed third at Sheridan Tournament… made dual debut at Penn State… picked up first dual meet win with overtime decision over Army’s Dillon Sheehy… late seven-point move gave him win over Arizona State’s Tony Negron… received EIWA Academic Achievement Award.
In 2022-23: Wrestled 18 bouts in open tournaments at 184… placed in four of the five open tournaments he competed in… capped season with championship at the Edinboro Open… placed third at Wilkes Open in late December… also played at Mat Town Open I and Shorty Hitchcock Memorial Classic.
In 2021-22: Deferred eligibility… went 11-13 competing unattached in open tournaments at 184… was runner-up at GMU Patriot Open in early December… finished fourth at Mat Town Open I… had three bonus point wins… also competed at Clarion Open, Journeymen Collegiate Classic, Illinois Matmen Open, F&M Open and Edinboro Open.
In high school: Placed third at 195 at the 2021 New Jersey state tournament… three-time district finalist, winning a pair of titles… three-time regional finalist with one championship to his credit… won a pair of Super Essex Conference championships… 2021 Super Essex Boys Wrestler of the Year… won Seton Hall Prep’s Outstanding Senior Athlete Award.
