In secondary school: ranked No. 1 at his weight class and No. 14 overall by InterMat… amassed 98-14 career record including 20-0 mark in senior season… three-time National Prep finalist, winning title as a senior… three-time regional champion… won individual titles at Walsh Ironman and Beast of the East… Fargo cadet national champion… Fargo junior All-American… northeast regional freestyle and Greco-Roman champion.
