Why Lehigh? “I had my mind set on Lehigh since fifth grade when I was familiarized with its historic wrestling team and academic prestige.”
 
In 2019-20: Posted 5-4 record… four of five victories came by fall… opened season with second place finish at 165 at Princeton Open… returned from injury suffered at Journeymen Collegiate Classic to compete in two of Lehigh’s final three duals… moved up to 184 to pin Bucknell’s Kyle Inlander for first career dual victory… wrestled 197 against Arizona State’s Kordell Norfleet on Senior Night.
 
In 2018-19: Went 5-4, with eight of nine bouts coming at 174… opened season with second place finish at Princeton Open… went 1-2 at Journeymen Collegiate Classic… lost only dual appearance of season up at 184… four of five victories were by fall.
 
In 2017-18: Did not see any action due to injury.
 
In 2016-17: Went 9-4 competing primarily at 165… had five falls among nine victories, including 53 second fall at Wilkes Open… shared first and second place with teammate Cole Walter at Wilkes Open… took second at season-opening East Stroudsburg Open… competed at Journeymen Collegiate Classic… made dual debut up at 174 at Navy.
 
In 2015-16: Deferred eligibility… went 12-11 competing unattached in open tournaments… wrestled 157 at Jonathan Kaloust Bearcat Open before moving up to 165 for rest of season… placed sixth at East Stroudsburg Open… finished season with seven falls including three at ESU Open… led team with 3.95 GPA in the fall.
 
In secondary school: Compiled a 137-28 career mark… four-time league champion… four-time district place winner, with a title in his senior season… three-time regional medalist… collected 87 falls in his career… reached state semifinals and finished sixth in the state as a senior… three-time team captain… Valedictorian of his class… Scholar of the Year… National Honor Society member… Distinguished AP scholar…National Merit Scholarship recipient.
 
Personal: Son of Brian and Allison… brother Mason (24).
