WHY LEHIGH?
“I ultimately chose Lehigh University because it had the ideal combination of academics and sports that I was looking for. Its challenging academic curriculum and competitive athletic program made Lehigh the best choice for my college experience.”

ON COACH LAMBINUS: “Coach's love for the game, competitive nature and attention to detail make him a wonderful person to play for.”

ON PLAYING SOCCER AT LEHIGH: “Playing at Lehigh University gives me the opportunity to represent an amazing athletic program, while earning a degree at a top university. It is my privilege to be able to compete as a student-athlete for a program that holds so much integrity within both the athletic and academic realm.”

AS A SENIOR (2011): Played in 14 games, starting nine at defense … Started nine times in a 10-game stretch beginning at Marist (9/11) and running through Senior Night vs. Army (10/15) … Scored first-career goal at Marist on only shot of the season … Part of a defense which allowed just 20 goals in 17 games (1.18 average), including one stretch of three straight shutouts mid-season … Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR (2010): Played in 19 of the team’s 20 games this season (starting 16) as a strong presence in the back ...Part of a strong defense which allowed only 21 goals in 20 games, three over the final four games and 15 over the final 17 … That included one stretch of three straight shutouts bridging the end of the regular season and the entire Patriot League Tournament. In that stretch, the Mountain Hawks shut-out Lafayette, Bucknell (semifinals) and Army (championship game), all by identical 1-0 finals … Member of the Dean’s List.
