2022-23 (Junior Season)
Saw action in 12 games…had two four-point games against Bloomsburg (11/18) and Navy (1/8)...recorded a career-high of five rebounds against Quinnipiac in 14(11/27) in 14 minutes played...blocked a career-high of three shots against Navy (1/8)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2021-22 (Sophomore Season)
Played a role in 17 games off the bench...Scored a career-high four points on two field goals with a rebound at Lafayette (2/12), playing the final two minutes of the contest...Tallied her first two career free throws to finish with two points in a home win over Colgate (2/9)...Tied a career-high with two blocks vs. Navy (1/19)...Finished with two points on two free throws with two rebounds against Merrimack (11/21)...Scored first career basket at Seton Hall (11/16), adding a rebound in two minutes off the bench.

BEFORE LEHIGH
An Upper Dublin High School product, Vargas comes to Lehigh with a ton of experience and a unique skillset. She was a four-year varsity starter and helped bring the first-ever state title to Upper Dublin in 2017-18. She is a three-time First Team All-SOL American Conference selection in her final three seasons. Vargas finished her career with 1,273 career points, 819 rebounds and 379 blocks. A FIBA member, she was a member of the Puerto Rican National Team and competed in the U16 international games in Argentina in 2017. Vargas was a Second Team All-USA Today High School selection in 2018 and 2019. When she wasn't playing basketball, she was involved in plenty of extra-curricular activities as a member of the Upper Dublin marching band playing the baritone saxophone. She also played clarinet, oboe, violin and piano in high school and was a member of the chorus. In the classroom, Vargas was a member of the National Honors Society.
