2026 Outdoors: Competed in six meets for Lehigh… placed second in the 800m and set a personal best of (1:59.94) and placed third in the 1500m (4:06.51) in the Shippensburg University Keystone Challenge… placed 22nd in the 800m (2:00.58) and placed 10th in the 4x400m (3:38.72) in the Monmouth Season Opener… placed first in the 1500m (4:04.91) in the Rutgers Relay… placed 14th in the 800m (2:02.29) and placed fourth in the 1500m (4:01.06) in the Carol & John Covert Classic… placed second in the 1500m and set a personal best of (4:00.00) in the Lafayette College vs. Lehigh University Dual.
2025 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four races in the fall… Finished 41st of 96 at the 6K Lehigh Invitational (19:09.0)... Finished 20th of 27 in Lehigh’s 26th consecutive 8K dual meet victory over Lafayette (27:18.6)… Finished 253rd of 575 at the 8K 51st Paul Short Run Gold Race (26:31.9)… Finished 12th of 69 at the 4mi Haverford Invitational (20:51.9).
BEFORE LEHIGH
Macom comes in with an impressive resume out of Toms River, New Jersey. He championed Toms River High School East, as he holds their school record in the indoor 3200m and the school record for three different cross country courses. Alongside his school records he was All Shore Conference Cross Country in 2024, two-time Cross Country Ocean County 1st Team, two-time Winter and Spring Track All County, and six-time All-American Cross Country from AAU and USATF races. In the classroom, Macom accepted STEAM Engineering High School, was a member and secretary of National Honor Society, was awarded the Seal of Bi-Literacy in Spanish and was in the top five percent of his class.
