As a freshman … did not see any Varsity action … in secondary school … named one of the top 200 players in Ohio by Ohio Prep Magazine in 2005 … three-year Varsity letterman … two-time all-conference selection in baseball … also competed in basketball and indoor track.
Personal: Son of Rich and Elaine Sckoczen. Has two brothers: Cory (17) and Ricky (13).
