Should start at the offensive tackle position once again … as a junior … saw time as a primary lineman … member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … as a sophomore … started three games and played significantly in several other contests at offensive tackle … as a freshman … saw limited action on the offensive line … awarded the Nick Timko Engineering Effort Freshman Award.
Personal: son of James and Christine Russell. Has two siblings: sister Deanna (25), and brother Jonathan (19) … received the high school honors diploma … member of the Black Student Union … interned for State Representative Jennifer Mann during the summers of 2004 and 2005 … earned a 3.1 GPA in the spring of 2005.
