AS A FRESHMAN (2012): Solid freshman campaign, playing in 11 games (five starts) while posting a 4.25 GAA and .588 save percentage … Posted a 2-2 record … Had four saves in one half of play vs. #11 Lafayette … Made six saves while allowing only one goal against perennial NEC power Monmouth (9/23) … Two days prior, stopped two-of-three shots sent her way against Sacred Heart (9/21) … Earned Patriot League Rookie of the Week on Sept. 24 for her efforts … Was in the cage for Lehigh’s first win of the season, making five saves against Towson (9/9) … Made collegiate debut vs. Saint Francis (Pa.) (9/2), finishing with two saves.

BEFORE LEHIGH:Three-year starter, helped lead Duxbury High School to three conference championships … Served as captain of the 2011 Massachusetts Division I South State Championship team … Voted team MVP and recipient of the Charlene Woods Memorial Awards … Garnered All-Scholastic and Patriot Conference All-Star from the Boston Globe, Boston Herald and Quincy Patriot Ledger … Also played for Cape Ann Coalition and HTC Field Hockey club teams … Three-year varsity starter in lacrosse, was a team captain as a senior for the two-time defending conference champions … Strong in the classroom as an honor roll student … Awarded the Summa prize for academic leadership.

What’s your favorite thing about Lehigh? I love the school setting, but the school spirit won me over. I felt the strong bond of the girls on the field hockey team, learned about the rivalry with Lafayette and sensed the strength of the Lehigh community. These things, coupled with excellent academics and athletics generally, made me want to be a part of Lehigh and Lehigh Field Hockey.
Major: I am thinking about majoring in Psychology because I am interested in how the mind works and what motivates people.
